SunFed Produce recalled fresh American cucumbers linked to salmonella contamination. These cucumbers were sold between October 12 and November 26. They were packaged in bulk cardboard containers with the SunFed label, or in generic white boxes and black plastic crates marked with the grower Agrotato, S.A. de C.V.

The products were distributed to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario in Canada, as well as several U.S. states. SunFed confirmed that food service providers and retailers received the cucumbers, making them available in areas beyond those directly listed.
