New suites available in Quebec City

The Holiday Inn Express Quebec recently added a new section to the hotel which includes 12 suites and 6 executive rooms. They have also added an interior parking which will be available come the fall. There are two different kinds of new suites; the Junior Suite and the Deluxe King Suite. In all 106 rooms, you will find a mini fridge and in room safe, and let’s not forget that hot breakfast buffet is included every day!

It is absolutely brutal to drain your body of all its energy and enthusiasm and not even repay it with kindness. The worst form of suffering you can shove your body into being continuous struggle and hard work without sufficient time to relax it. You can’t simply hop on a couch once every twilight and expect your body to relax completely. In the tiresome world of today, it needs more of a vacation to a faraway place where the tensions of your current life will no longer pose a threat to its health and existence.

A visit to The Arboretum at Flagstaff

The blooms are just beginning to bud at The Arboretum at Flagstaff. In just a few weeks, it’ll be a great side trip to take on your way to the Grand Canyon. The former residence of now deceased Frances McAllister (who first came to Flagstaff by train in the 1930s and moved here permanently in 1967, after her husband, John Vickers McAllister, died), the gardens and buildings share what she learned about gardening at 7,000 feet elevation.
